Wow It's WOYWW time, with a Fizz and Zing!

Morning all you woywwers! It's that silly time of the week again!! Here's my desk this wicked Wednesday... not much going on, my row of scissors, which have been there since day one of WOYWW (even in the other smaller crafty room) This weeks freebie, a cold cup of tea, some scribblings, an old cartoon I found.
**I switched on my lamp with my new daylight bulb (cost an arm and a leg!) to take the picture and ...Pop! Crack fizzzzz, it went out, so that'll be going back to Hobby Craft as soon as poss! So, all pretty boring! BUT!!!! Turn to the other side of my crafty space...dah dah dah da!!!!!! Lookie see what I have!!
A few weeks ago, I had my Venice mask on my desk and ***Shoshi asked me if she could do a Zentangle of it and she did!! She sent me a copy and here it is!! Isn't it fantastic! I love it!! There's sooo much detail. Aren't I a lucky bunny! Thank you soo much Shoshi! Don't worry, it's kept out of my (usually) messy craft room until I can get a frame for it. That's what's on my desk this dreary old Wednesday. What's on yours!? Join up over on Julia's Stamping Ground!
New Followers! Hi and a ((big wave)) to Crafting Pasionz (no link, but I found you..) and Marie from The Joy of Cards with some fabulous makes! Doubt very much if you'll 'see' me next week, but you never know, I might cheat... and put my empty room on timer! Bye for now!

updates...
**New bulb is okay! It was my old lamp that was a bit dodgy! All is mended now, Sorry Hobby Craft!! Bother! Now I have no excuse to go back and do more shopping!!
*** Shoshi has kindly said anyone wishing to download her lovely mask to go HERE Please read her comment above and leave love and comments on her blog!

    1. After working out this new daylight bulb would last 60 years (!!!) when it popped after less than 60 seconds I was a Bit disappointed!!
      BUT!!!!
I feel VERY guilty now, coz the daylight bulb now works!! it was my dodgy old lamp that was at fault, hubby has now fixed it! And boohoo, now I can't go back to Hobby Craft and do more crafty shopping!!
      Sorry Hobby Craft!!

  32. Thanks for popping by my desk - you are late this week arent you 102 thats a big number! Love that zentangle and glad you got your daylight bulb sorted - I have them now in my dining room and by the side of the settee - so much better! shame my eyes are going....

  33. I like visiting your desk and peeking at all your stamps lined up. The scissors-well, it is important to have them on hand. I have a large pair on top of my desk but the more used little ones go in the top desk drawer. I'm pretty good about putting them back but every once and awhile I open up the drawer and NO SCISSORS. Then the entire planet must stop what it is doing and help me search. :-)

  35. Great looking desk as usual! Love all the color and contrasts. Love that zentangle mask Shoshi made for you!!! Awesome comes to mind. Can I have the clown digi also! I didn't take pictures of the one I used for my granddaughters birthday card but hopefully my DIL or son did and I can get a copy to show you. For some reason here lately I am not as vigilant about taking photos of the cards I make. Whats up with that!!! Have a great week. Vickie @41

  44. You really do have a lovely workspace, Spyder and your scissors are in the perfect place. I spend half the day shifting stuff to try and find pairs I've buried under mountains of stash.
That mask is stunning, how talented is Shoshi. No wonder you are thrilled with it. I have a thing about Venetian masks and have several hung on the wall above where I'm typing right now. I wanted a new one last year when we were in Italy but they were so expensive my poor pennies couldn't run to it. I shall admire yours instead.
Thanks for the visit and Happy WOYWW
